| Multiple distractions- When working from home there is no supervisor on how much time we work, since we work at home, hang out with the family and also go to sleep at home. We can decide we need to go to buy products from the supermarket, maybe another coffee break, watching some Netflix relax a bit or just a bird outside the window, when working from home there is no end to the number of distractions. Not having a strong discipline can cause you a loss of time and less productiveness, make sure you are ready to do whatever is necessary not to get distracted and stay productive.
| Unhealthy lifestyle- Just like it’s an advantage it can be a disadvantage, a healthy lifestyle comes from healthy habits. Working from home can have a lot of disadvantages, if an office takes care of good quality chairs at home we can sometimes work in an unhealthy posture that can lead to back problems, a lot of times working from home can consume a lot of time and making healthy and fresh food can sometimes become a burden and ordering takeout is switching places with healthy eating.
| Bad reputation- Working from home, a lot of times can be unappreciated in comparison with a “fixed” office day job, even though, sometimes the office job is way more time-consuming. Nowadays we can see that working from home is much more sought after than the regular day jobs since people are learning that managing your own time if done correctly, can be much less time consuming and at the same time more profitable.
